About the Role

Book of the Month is seeking a motivated and ambitious People, Talent & Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This position involves managing the recruitment cycle for certain roles while supporting a variety of people operations activities. The coordinator’s contributions will directly enhance the company's hiring, onboarding, and employee retention efforts. Key Responsibilities
