Role Overview
We are seeking a Paid Media Manager to play a critical role in elevating the performance of our marketing initiatives at Lovehoney Group. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and refining paid social media campaigns across several platforms, primarily focusing on Meta but extending to YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat. This position demands a combination of analytical thinking and creative campaign management within a dynamic retail environment that values dedication and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic paid social media campaigns targeting both brand awareness and conversion goals.
- Oversee and optimize paid advertising efforts on platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Collaborate with department heads to allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently across diverse social media channels and campaigns.
- Work closely with Marketing, eCommerce, and Creative teams to develop cohesive marketing strategies and compelling advertising content.
- Continuously track campaign performance across various regions and platforms, making swift data-informed adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and competitor tactics to enhance campaign strategies.
- Produce and deliver thorough performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of practical experience managing paid social media advertisements with a demonstrated history of successful, impactful campaigns.
- Expertise in social advertising tools such as Meta Business Manager, YouTube Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Solid skills in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to refine campaign effectiveness based on data.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth in a business environment handling multi-million-pound budgets.
- Advanced analytical proficiency and experience using Google Analytics and major social media platform analytics.
- Experience leading teams is advantageous, with an emphasis on fostering collaboration and goal achievement.
