Position Details
The Landratsamt Zwickau is currently seeking an Organizational Clerk (w, m, d) at its Werdau location, under reference number 137/2026/DI within the Finance and Service Department for the Personnel and Organization Office. The position offers full-time employment or part-time with a minimum of 35 hours per week. It is a permanent role classified under pay group 10 according to TVöD-VKA, starting in November 2026.
Responsibilities
- Develop workplace descriptions and provide guidance to organizational units on task distribution for optimal performance.
- Document permanently assigned duties and relevant parameters for task completion.
- Clarify task assignments and optimize current processes in coordination with supervisors.
- Conduct job evaluations following collective bargaining agreements and KGSt recommendations, participating in evaluation committee meetings.
- Prepare expert opinions for job evaluation disputes.
- Handle staffing plan matters within the area of responsibility.
- Perform organizational analyses including data collection and process examination related to personnel assessment, author reports on findings, and propose changes with alternatives.
Requirements
- Mandatory qualification: successful completion of Employees' Training II or a university degree (Diploma FH or Bachelor) in general, public, or digital administration.
- Training as an organizer (KGSt/Refa) or willingness to pursue this qualification.
- Confident and loyal demeanor, strong communication and assertiveness skills.
- High resilience and dedication to work.
- Excellent German language skills at minimum C1 level, both written and spoken.
- Goal-oriented work style and strong desire to deepen professional expertise.
- Proficiency with standard MS Office applications.
- Willingness to contribute to the administrative staff of the Lower Disaster Control Authority.
- Possession of a driver's license and readiness to use a personal vehicle for official purposes.
