Position Overview
NT Health is seeking a dedicated Orderly Supervisor at Katherine Hospital, tasked with overseeing recruitment and providing effective leadership to a team of orderlies. The role focuses on supporting health professionals by ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and culturally respectful patient care that aligns with industry best practices and NT Health's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the recruitment process for the orderly team.
- Provide supervision and leadership to orderly staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with health professionals to facilitate excellent patient care that is safe and culturally sensitive.
- Maintain alignment with current healthcare industry standards and NT Health's strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Physical experience level 6 indicating the need for considerable physical effort.
