About the Role
Capgemini Technology Services India Limited is hiring an Order to Cash Analyst in Chennai for candidates who can join soon. The role focuses on end-to-end order processing, billing coordination, customer issue resolution, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and process customer orders with accuracy, while helping ensure products are delivered within the expected timeframe.
- Support order completion activities by monitoring stock availability and identifying or fixing mismatches.
- Work with internal stakeholders to clear billing concerns and make sure invoices are raised correctly.
- Address customer complaints and payment or order disputes in a courteous and professional way, escalating when required.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and updates in CRM tools.
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Order to Cash or a similar finance operations role.
- A bachelor’s degree in any specialization, preferably B.Com, B.B.A., or B.M.S.
- Good working knowledge of O2C cash application, O2C billing, and dispute handling workflows.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for dealing with customers and internal teams.
Eligibility
