Role Overview

As a Night Team Member at Ibis Edinburgh Royal Mile – Hunter Square, your role centers on delivering exceptional guest experiences by warmly welcoming guests throughout the night and ensuring their comfort with a personal touch. You will support the hotel’s smooth operational flow overnight, assist various departments in preparing for the following day, and uphold safety by performing night audits and checks.

The position requires autonomy, passion for elevating service quality, and competency in guest relations, especially recognizing and assisting guests who may need special attention. The typical work schedule involves a rotating pattern of five nights on, two off, five nights on, three off, with shifts from 22:30 to 07:00.
