Role Overview

As a Night Auditor on the Front Office Night Team, you'll take responsibility for guest satisfaction from their arrival until departure during the evening and overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the reception desk late at night, ensuring guests feel welcomed and content.
• Complete cash register audits and finalize daily accounts before the morning shift arrives.
• Serve as the primary contact for guest inquiries and support during nighttime hours.
• Conduct regular security patrols to maintain a safe, quiet, and secure hotel environment.

Candidate Profile

• Previous professional experience in a similar hospitality or front office role is essential, along with fluent English proficiency.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to motivate colleagues and engage guests effectively.
• Familiarity with Berlin’s local scene and ability to provide helpful recommendations.
