Role Overview
As a Night Auditor on the Front Office Night Team, you'll take responsibility for guest satisfaction from their arrival until departure during the evening and overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the reception desk late at night, ensuring guests feel welcomed and content.
- Complete cash register audits and finalize daily accounts before the morning shift arrives.
- Serve as the primary contact for guest inquiries and support during nighttime hours.
- Conduct regular security patrols to maintain a safe, quiet, and secure hotel environment.
Candidate Profile
- Previous professional experience in a similar hospitality or front office role is essential, along with fluent English proficiency.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to motivate colleagues and engage guests effectively.
- Familiarity with Berlin’s local scene and ability to provide helpful recommendations.
- Proactive attitude with willingness to own up to mistakes openly.
