Medical Writer

About the Role

As a Medical Writer, you will create a variety of high-quality communication materials tailored to the pharmaceutical sector targeting both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Critically assess scientific literature and data with objectivity.
• Develop diverse written materials customized to client needs, audience, publication medium, and design considerations.
• Deliver clear, precise, grammatically sound, and creatively crafted documents across various therapeutic areas as outlined in project briefs.
• Offer innovative ideas and suggestions to enhance project value.
• Review data packages, medical literature updates, personal work, and manage project resources efficiently, including scheduling, document tracking, and team task allocation.
• Participate actively in account and functional team meetings.
• Provide detailed briefings to account teams as required.
• Collaborate with fellow Medical Writers to foster teamwork and maintain company-wide consistency.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and key opinion leaders, serving as a primary contact on designated projects and proactively securing necessary information.
• Track project time spent relative to planned allocation and notify Account Managers promptly about any deviations or additional time needs.
