About the Role

The Marketing Trainee will support the Marketing Director in establishing Kempinski Hotel Mall of The Emirates and its outlets as the leading brand in the market. This includes assisting in various marketing initiatives to ensure brand compliance and effective promotion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative and secretarial tasks within the marketing office.
  • Arrange appointments and manage schedules efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems.
  • Answer and manage phone communications.
  • Process correspondence and financial documents such as purchase orders and expense claims.
  • Manage invoices from agencies and vendors and serve as the billing contact.
  • Support the Marketing Executive or Director in developing and executing marketing activities.
  • Produce and print marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate promotions and special packages.
