About the Program
This 6-month Unilever Apprenticeship for Future Talents (UPLIFT) is designed to prepare emerging talents through challenging assignments within a supportive environment. You will gain exposure to core marketing activities like brand building, campaign design, data-driven consumer engagement, and managing creative partnerships. Additionally, you will participate in leadership development programs and learn from top-tier professionals inside and outside Unilever.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
- Final year university students or recent graduates
- Must hold Indonesian citizenship
- Possess at least a Bachelor's degree (S1) with a GPA minimum of 3.30
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, active involvement in organizations, and enthusiasm for FMCG industry
- Available to engage full-time onsite from September 2026 through March 2027
