Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone passionate about developing scalable creator marketing programs that convert content into measurable business outcomes. The position requires a strong analytical mindset with a focus on testing and optimizing strategies. Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, plus exposure to emerging creator channels, is key. The candidate will be innovative, cooperative, capable of scaling content and creator initiatives in a fast-paced, continuously operating environment, with a positive attitude and humor considered beneficial.

Daily Responsibilities

• Develop and expand a network of creators including micro-influencers, brand advocates, and store associates.
• Launch and manage ongoing creator campaigns across TikTok, ShopMy, and other digital channels.
• Identify and promote organic viral content, and replicate successful content formats emphasizing product storytelling.
• Collaborate with teams responsible for CRM, paid media, and e-commerce to increase campaign and content effectiveness.
• Implement test-and-learn approaches to enhance content output continually.
• Work in a high-volume, fast-evolving environment prioritizing authentic, product-centric content shaped by performance data and insights.

Compensation and Benefits
