Position Overview

The Manager of Data Analytics and Business for Mobility Operations is tasked with monitoring and enhancing operational performance, processes, and KPIs within a dynamic, multimodal mobility environment. This role is central to creating performance measurement systems, developing business intelligence reports, and continuously refining mobility service standards to ensure efficient delivery to guests, staff, and authorized users.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily mobility operations dashboards to ensure accurate data representation of operational status and exceptions.
• Develop and execute operational strategies responsive to the evolving mobility sector demands.
• Analyze trends and drive process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPI delivery to clients, ensuring targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to surpass customer expectations within the mobility domain.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to elevate team performance.
• Promote a collaborative, results-focused operational culture tailored to mobility services.
• Align mobility operational strategies with industry changes and innovations.
• Instigate a culture of ongoing improvement across operations.
• Identify and implement process optimization and automation opportunities specific to mobility services.
• Define, monitor, and report on key performance metrics relevant to mobility operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in operations and service delivery within mobility or professional services sectors.
• Proven leadership and team management experience in mobility service environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adapted to the unique requirements of the mobility industry.
• Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills with a strong grasp of the mobility landscape.
• Expertise in business intelligence and data analytics tools, including performance metrics and reporting platforms.
