Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Loan Collection Executive to join our team in Gurugram. This role suits someone with prior experience in loan collection, recovery, or the BFSI industry who demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers to follow up on overdue loan payments promptly.
- Address and resolve any customer queries related to payments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of collection activities.
- Meet or exceed the monthly targets set for loan collections.
- Ensure all interactions are conducted in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with backgrounds in lending, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), fintech, or experience in loan recovery processes will be considered advantageous.
