Role Overview
We are seeking a Leadership Consultant to join our Customer Team, focusing on senior leadership development projects with prestigious corporations. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about building trusted relationships and managing multiple overlapping priorities with precision. The ideal candidate embraces new challenges, is intellectually curious, and excels in delivering complex engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary trusted liaison for both customer stakeholders and internal colleagues.
- Manage the entire process of one-on-one coaching engagements and coordinate assessment activities with internal teams.
- Convert vague requests into well-defined plans and actionable steps, bringing clarity to complicated, matrixed tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce to monitor account status, engagement transparency, and ensure data accuracy.
- Develop polished client-facing presentations and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) and collaborate closely with contract and finance departments.
- Communicate professionally with client contacts across all levels, showing sincere interest in their organizational landscapes.
- Take ownership of deliverables, timelines, and results, recognizing when escalation is needed.
Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality delivery.
- Strong, confident written and verbal communication skills suitable for client interactions and senior leadership discussions.
- Dependable with a high degree of ownership and follow-up, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
- Able to manage multiple, concurrent priorities calmly and with focused attention.
- A collaborative mindset paired with genuine curiosity about the work and clients.
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Two to four years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Office Suite.
- Availability to work onsite at least two days per week at the Arlington, VA location.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce is advantageous but not required.
