Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and translate Community Guidelines and platform policies into clear, actionable standards for content judgment, curate case libraries, and maintain consistency across various content scenarios.
• Utilize large language model functionalities—including prompt engineering, knowledge base development, and workflow design—to build risk evaluation agents and prompts that align model responses with human judgment principles.
• Generate detailed risk assessment and content safety analysis reports that inform platform policy updates, content quality assurance, and strategies for mitigating risks.
• Effectively use tools for content quality control, public opinion monitoring, and data analysis. Collaborate with operations and product teams to establish and execute strategies that prevent and control risks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience in internet content operations, content moderation, or content safety-related roles.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese is essential for engaging with stakeholders in Chinese-speaking regions.
• Strong knowledge of content safety risks and digital trends, with an ability to detect subtle or implicit risks and accurately interpret policies into operational guidelines.
• Demonstrated strong ownership and initiative in work.
• Excellent skills in cross-functional communication, coordination, and incident response.
• Quick learner with strong comprehension skills, adaptable to evolving regulatory requirements and content ecosystem changes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background with content platforms or other major digital platforms is favorable.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of influencing stakeholders in dynamic, uncertain environments.
• Experience with large language models, including hands-on application or personal projects involving LLMs, is a significant advantage.
