Role Overview

This is an immediate-joining opportunity for an experienced International Voice Process Customer Support professional in Chennai. The role is intended for candidates with strong English communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and prior complete voice support experience. Freshers are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from international customers and address their concerns.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for issue resolution.
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates should have between 6 months and 3 years of experience in complete voice support.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a work-from-office position with a 5-day work week, rotational shifts, and rotational weekly offs. The schedule is predominantly night shifts. Two-way cab service is available up to a 25 km radius, depending on shift timing.

Work location: Sutherland A1 Block, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, Chennai, opposite Perungalathur Railway Station.

Joining preference: Candidates who can join by July 6 are preferred.

Compensation

The annual CTC is in the range of INR 3.00 LPA to INR 3.50 LPA, and the final offer may vary based on the candidate’s experience and previous salary.
