Job Location and Type
This position is based in Sharjah, UAE, and requires full-time onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the comprehensive management of HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance assessments, and maintaining positive employee relations.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Organize and coordinate training initiatives to improve workforce skills and performance.
- Ensure adherence to HR standards and labor laws specific to the UAE framework.
- Manage the orientation process for new employees to guarantee a seamless integration into the company.
- Work jointly with senior HR personnel on various projects and strategic HR activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of at least a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in human resources with a solid grasp of HR principles and practices.
- Knowledgeable about UAE labor regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Trustworthy in handling sensitive and confidential information.
