Job Details

• Positions available for full-time and part-time work
• Evening shifts
• Compensation at $14 hourly
• Pay issued weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floor areas by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Utilize chemical cleaners and power tools carefully to avoid floor or property damage
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entranceways
• Dispose of trash properly, including use of compactors when required
• Clean glass surfaces such as windows, partitions, and mirrors with appropriate supplies
• Perform spot cleaning on carpets, assist with carpet extractions and shampooing
• Restock paper products and hygiene supplies as needed
• Adhere to a prescribed housekeeping schedule
• Operate heavy cleaning machines such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers occasionally
• Carry out additional duties based on scope of work or customer instructions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification, or at least six months’ experience in janitorial work
• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions precisely

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles
• Understanding of custodial methods and commercial cleaning standards
• Knowledge of floor care, including buffing and waxing techniques
• Experience with industrial cleaning or facility maintenance
