Work Schedule and Compensation

• Positions available: Part-Time and Full-Time
• Shift timing: Evenings
• Pay rate: $14 per hour, with weekly payments

Primary Duties

• Clean and maintain all types of floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Use chemical cleaners and power equipment carefully to avoid damage to floors and other assets
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and entry areas
• Empty trash receptacles properly and operate compactors when necessary
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning supplies and tools
• Perform spot cleaning on carpets and assist with carpet shampooing and extraction as needed
• Restock paper products and sanitary supplies regularly
• Adhere to established housekeeping schedules
• Operate heavy cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers when required
• Execute additional tasks as assigned according to client demands or scope of work

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months of janitorial experience
• Training will be provided on the job
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial duties
• Knowledge of standard custodial practices and commercial cleaning protocols
• Familiarity with floor care methods including buffing and waxing
• Experience with industrial cleaning or maintenance of facilities
