Position Overview
Geberit, an international industrial company known for its passion and innovation, invites you to join our IT Service Center team located in Pfullendorf. Primary Responsibilities
- Handle IT hotline requests via phone in both German and English, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Provide first-level support by managing incidents and service requests received through phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely or directly at employees' workstations, including installation of new hardware and software components.
- Assist employees in the effective use of applications during their daily work.
- Identify optimization opportunities and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the IT environment.
- Execute minor projects within the service desk framework, such as evaluations, rollouts, and standardizations.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable technical qualification with further IT-related training.
- Strong dedication to customer service and a passion for delivering excellent support.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
