About Geberit and the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle IT hotline requests via phone in German and English, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Perform 1st-level support by managing incidents and service requests through telephone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues remotely or directly at employee workstations; install new hardware and software components.
- Assist employees in utilizing applications effectively during daily operations.
- Identify areas for improvement and actively contribute to the continuous enhancement of processes and IT infrastructure.
- Execute small-scale projects within the service desk scope, including evaluations, rollouts, and standardization activities.
Candidate Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable technical qualification with additional IT-related education.
- Strong service orientation and enthusiasm for outstanding customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both German and English.
