About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle IT hotline requests via phone in German and English, ensuring proper documentation.
- Provide 1st-level support by receiving and managing incidents and service requests through phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely or directly at employees' workstations; install new hardware and software components.
- Assist employees in maximizing the use of applications in their daily work.
- Identify opportunities for process and environment improvements and contribute proactively to ongoing enhancements.
- Manage small projects related to the service desk, such as evaluations, rollouts, and standardization tasks.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable technical qualification with further IT education.
- Strong service orientation and passion for delivering excellent customer support.
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
