Job Overview
A prominent international professional services firm is looking for a committed International Customer Support Executive to join their Mumbai office in Vikhroli. This role involves providing support to global clientele through telephone communication across various time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries over the phone, managing calls from different time zones.
- Maintain a professional and optimistic approach when interacting with international clients.
- Conform to rotational shift schedules, which include working during night hours.
