Role Overview

The Human Resources Specialist will spearhead recruiting efforts in Ghana by expanding the recruiter community and forging partnerships with leading employers. This role involves direct engagement with talent acquisition across the country’s most dynamic hiring markets and acting as Workistry’s representative locally.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and onboard elite recruiters and hiring managers in Ghana onto the Workistry platform
• Establish and nurture partnerships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies for talent collaboration
• Create and implement growth strategies tailored to the Ghana recruiter network
• Conduct sourcing, screening, and matching of candidates for partner organizations
• Represent Workistry at recruitment events, industry gatherings, and professional conferences within Ghana

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience within Ghana, either agency or in-house
• Possess a robust network of hiring managers, human resource professionals, or recruiters locally
• Demonstrated success in candidate placements across various industry sectors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Familiarity and comfort with digital recruiting tools such as ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and networking applications

Compensation

The annual salary ranges from $45,000 to $75,000 USD.
