Role Overview

The Human Resources Manager will oversee and coordinate all activities related to personnel management, recruitment, administrative functions, employee well-being, and public relations, aiming to meet the company’s strategic objectives by optimizing employee skills and competencies.

  • Support the handling of local labor tribunal cases.
  • Regularly review and update the staff rules and regulations (employee handbook).
  • Develop and enforce employee policies and procedures.

  • Prepare and provide monthly payroll journals and headcount reports to Finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with at least 15 years of relevant professional experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Alternatively, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, 5 of which should be in management.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong written and oral communication skills.
