Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner for a contract role based in South Dublin. This opportunity is ideal for an HR expert wishing to engage comprehensively across the entire employee lifecycle within a supportive and collaborative team environment. The contract duration is expected to be between six to twelve months with an immediate start preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day HR support and guidance to line managers
- Handle diverse employee relations issues including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations
- Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires
- Coach and mentor managers on various people management topics
- Facilitate performance management systems
- Contribute to HR projects and ongoing improvements
- Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws and HR practices
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of five years’ experience in HR business partnering or a generalist HR role
- Proven expertise in managing employee relations matters
- In-depth understanding of Irish employment legislation
- Experience working alongside managers from various departments
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills and readiness to begin work immediately
