Human Resources Business Partner

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner for a contract role based in South Dublin. This opportunity is ideal for an HR expert wishing to engage comprehensively across the entire employee lifecycle within a supportive and collaborative team environment. The contract duration is expected to be between six to twelve months with an immediate start preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day HR support and guidance to line managers
• Handle diverse employee relations issues including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations
• Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires
• Coach and mentor managers on various people management topics
• Facilitate performance management systems
• Contribute to HR projects and ongoing improvements
• Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws and HR practices

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience in HR business partnering or a generalist HR role
• Proven expertise in managing employee relations matters
• In-depth understanding of Irish employment legislation
• Experience working alongside managers from various departments
• Proactive with strong problem-solving skills and readiness to begin work immediately
