About the Role
We are exclusively recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner to join a prestigious healthcare organisation in Dublin. This role offers a remarkable chance for an ambitious HR professional eager to advance their career into a comprehensive HR Business Partner position. You will become part of a supportive and experienced HR team, gaining extensive mentorship and opportunities to handle complex employee and industrial relations issues. Initially, this position is fully onsite to ensure thorough onboarding, transitioning later to a hybrid work model with a condensed workweek.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with managers throughout your assigned business units, offering actionable HR guidance and support.
- Manage employee relations matters including absence management, performance issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Coach managers to foster confidence and improve their people management capabilities.
- Support an actively engaged workforce within a purpose-driven environment.
- Handle issues related to industrial relations and unionised workplace settings.
- Maintain consistency, fairness, and compliance in HR policies, procedures, and decisions.
- Contribute to HR projects, change initiatives, and ongoing enhancements.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights aiding management decisions.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three years' experience working in HR roles.
- Competence in managing employee relations and handling case management tasks.
- Strong foundational knowledge of employment law and enthusiasm for expanding employee relations expertise.
- Excellent written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to establish relationships confidently and assist managers effectively.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Genuine interest in contributing to a people-focused, mission-driven organisation.
Applicants currently serving as HR Generalists aiming to step up, Junior HR Business Partners seeking wider experience, or HR Advisors with solid employee relations background would fit well. Experience within healthcare, public sector, unionised, regulated, or large operational settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
