Role Overview
As an HR Payroll Consultant, you will support clients within the Business Process Solutions sector focusing on HR Payroll. Your role involves both onsite and remote consulting to enhance client processes. You will be part of a team serving various German cities with a chance to make a substantial impact on HR compliance and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experts to review current HR processes and create solutions for streamlined operations.
- Engage in tasks ranging from managing German payroll for national and international employees to working on personnel administration projects within the CFO's scope.
- Provide practical support addressing payroll and wage tax inquiries, acting as a liaison between finance and payroll departments.
- Work collaboratively in agile project settings with colleagues from multiple departments and locations, including at client sites internationally.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in economics or completed vocational training with relevant further education.
- Preferably initial hands-on experience gained through internships or student work in a related field.
- Strong interest in wage tax and social security law alongside good comprehension of business processes.
- Comfortable with numbers, proficient in MS Office, motivated for challenging projects in international teams, quick learner, and highly committed.
- Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written.
