Trimurty Equity & Finance, a company with over 70 years of experience in distributing automobile components, operates 19 branches across western India and employs around 200 people. We are searching for a dedicated HR Manager to join our Mumbai location.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly payroll for employees with accuracy and timeliness.
- Create appointment and exit letters following company policies.
- Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances related to human resources.
- Support and encourage employee productivity and professional development.
Requirements
- Possess strong knowledge of HR procedures and statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent people management and communication skills.
- Effective organizational, multitasking, time management, and administrative capabilities.
Eligibility and Education
Candidates must hold a B.Com degree in any specialization or a graduate degree in any discipline.
Compensation
