Role Overview
We are seeking a diligent HR Executive specializing in compliance based in Vasai East, Mumbai. The candidate will ensure that all statutory and internal human resource policies are strictly adhered to while managing day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements such as Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and applicable labour laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records along with comprehensive HR documentation.
- Coordinate processes related to employee attendance tracking, leave management, and assist payroll operations.
- Manage procedures involved in employee onboarding and exit formalities efficiently.
- Support performance management initiatives and employee engagement activities to enhance workforce satisfaction.
- Generate and maintain detailed HR reports and compliance-related documentation.
- Liaise with government bodies for labour-related compliance and documentation as necessary.
- Ensure consistent enforcement and communication of company HR policies and procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be Male.
- Have 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in HR compliance and operations.
Additional Details
- Salary range offered is ₹38,000 to ₹40,000 per month.
- Company provides pick up and drop facilities for the location in Vasai East.
