Job Overview
As a Sales Co-ordinator based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in managing client information and facilitating sales processes to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update a comprehensive client database detailing their needs.
- Prepare and dispatch sales quotations to customers, ensuring timely follow-up and managing payment collections.
- Provide continuous support to meet clients' sales requirements and ensure their needs are fulfilled.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication via phone and email.
- Identify and generate new sales inquiries by leveraging the existing client database and telephonic outreach.
- Communicate information about new product launches to customers through email campaigns.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
