Role Summary
The position of HR Assistant / HR Administrator / HR Support Officer at Sentinel R&D is a full-time on-site role located in Sharjah. The role entails supporting daily human resources activities, including maintaining employee records, preparing necessary HR documentation, and updating the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The individual will coordinate recruitment efforts, manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, administer employee benefits, and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Additionally, the role involves responding to employee queries, assisting HR leadership with reporting and scheduling, and performing general administrative duties, fostering effective teamwork within the organization.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Knowledgeable in Human Resources and HR Management to facilitate core HR processes.
- Experienced in Benefits Administration handling employee benefits and related documentation.
- Proficient with Human Resources Information Systems for maintaining and reporting employee data.
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of managing confidential information responsibly.
- Competent in standard office software such as word processors, spreadsheets, and email, with willingness to learn new HR technologies.
- Preferred prior experience in HR support or administration and a relevant diploma or degree in HR or business.
