Housekeeping Attendant

Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated housekeeping professionals committed to exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction. This role is based at Park Rotana and Park Arjaan in Abu Dhabi and requires adherence to hotel standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive daily work assignments, keys, and supplies from supervisors and accurately document key issuance.
• Perform cleaning tasks in rooms and bathrooms as assigned.
• Ensure fire exits and stairways remain free from obstructions.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues.
• Collect litter from hallways and surrounding pathways.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture; dust and clean furniture; empty ashtrays and waste containers.
• Make beds; clean sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, and floors; polish brass and metal fittings.
• Restock bathroom and room supplies.
• Neatly arrange guest toiletries on vanity tops and spot-clean carpets when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness in guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas consistently.
• Remove room service trays and trolleys from guest areas and corridors.
• Coordinate with valet services to arrange guest laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing requests.

Qualifications and Skills

• Vocational training in hotel housekeeping is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
• Friendly and caring attitude with cross-cultural sensitivity.
• Willingness to work extra hours to meet guest needs.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and teamwork with diverse groups.
• Strong sense of responsibility and adaptability.
• Excellent focus on customer service and recognizing individual guest needs.
