Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, engaging, and warm service consistently to guests and colleagues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including minor painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related duties to uphold facility standards.
• Inspect equipment and building facilities to ensure they comply with operational standards.
• Prioritize and review job orders to effectively manage workflow.
• Plan and schedule repair, maintenance, and installation work on machinery, tools, and equipment to maintain uninterrupted operations and satisfaction.
• Execute preventative maintenance programs in coordination with established plans.
• Maintain pool and spa facilities through regular servicing and upkeep.
• Adhere strictly to departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards or unsafe conditions during work.
• Manage sign-in and sign-out of equipment such as master cards, keys, mobile devices, vacuum machines, and ladders.
• Conduct guest room preventative maintenance checks daily and attend to guest room, apartment, and RSM requests promptly.
• Take scheduled readings for plant room monitoring and carry out periodic maintenance tasks including sump pump cleaning, chiller yard inspections, booster pump checks, PRV maintenance, ice machine filter replacements, generator servicing, and monthly meter readings.
• Monitor and contribute to energy conservation efforts and immediately respond to any emergency alarms (fire, flooding, gas).
• Ensure completion of Side Kick preventative maintenance as scheduled and follow up on pending daily work diligently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Reliable and highly responsible work ethic with enthusiasm and dependability.
• Hands-on experience in painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and related maintenance work is preferred.
• Prior involvement with pool and spa maintenance is advantageous.
• Ability to function effectively within a team with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and active listening capability.
• Self-motivated with initiative-taking ability to operate in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Physically capable of standing and walking continuously during the shift.
• Focus on customer service excellence.
