Role Summary

The Head of Growth will lead the strategy and execution needed to grow Connexus Career Strategies’ reach and revenue. Reporting to the Founder, this person will own the approach for expanding the company’s data-backed planning services and premium coaching offerings to a wider audience of students, recent graduates, and working professionals across the country.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, moving quickly, and working in an entrepreneurial environment. Compensation begins as equity-based and is intended to move into a competitive salary-plus-bonus model once growth milestones are met.

Responsibilities

The role combines strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple growth areas:

  • Plan and run go-to-market initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and improve return on investment.
  • Lead lead-generation efforts that turn inbound interest into committed, long-term clients.
  • Set key performance indicators, monitor growth metrics, and use analytics to improve acquisition and conversion performance.
  • Build repeatable growth systems and funnels that support consistent user acquisition.
  • Identify, approach, and develop partnerships with organizations, professional groups, and business clients to broaden the company’s reach.
  • Prepare financial growth summaries and use them to guide strategic decisions.
