Key Responsibilities

  • Identify product and customer gaps to inform future product development.
  • Support sales managers during key customer negotiations and pricing decisions.
  • Prepare budgets for manpower, revenue, and capital expenditures related to business development.
  • Monitor sales performance indicators and provide insights to assist management decision-making.
  • Implement performance management by defining and aligning sales team key result areas (KRAs).
  • Lead the service team to enhance customer satisfaction and accelerate complaint resolution turnaround times.

Educational and Experience Requirements
