Founded in 1965, the business has grown into one of Australia’s largest privately owned consultancies with an international reach, and has delivered specialist project management services on more than 8,000 major projects across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
The company has continued to expand in Australia and overseas while maintaining a connected, collaborative and supportive culture. Its forward strategy is set around growth through 2030 and ongoing client service excellence.
About the opportunity
The Adelaide team is seeking a Graduate Project Planner (Analyst) to join an entry-level consulting role with practical exposure to major projects. This is an opportunity to build your career in a consulting environment where the work is varied, fast-moving and focused on learning from experienced professionals.
TBH works across planning and scheduling, project controls, cost management, claims and dispute resolution, and risk management. That breadth gives analysts exposure to a wide range of industries, projects and challenges in Australia and internationally.
In this role, you will support senior consultants and project teams with research, data analysis and client-facing deliverables. With structured mentoring and guidance, you will develop a strong foundation in project controls, scheduling and consulting while contributing meaningfully from the start.
What you will do
- Assist with implementing project plans and support delivery under direction from senior team members.
- Collect, review and analyse project information to assist with reporting and deliverables.
- Prepare professional documentation such as reports, schedules and presentations.
- Use project controls methods to identify issues and help develop practical solutions.
- Work with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
- Help improve processes and provide general business administration support when needed.
What you will bring
The ideal candidate will have a relevant bachelor’s qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline. Some exposure to project scheduling or project controls is preferred, along with familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
You should also have experience with Microsoft applications and other common software, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to contribute to report preparation. Good organisation, time management and the ability to balance competing priorities are important, as is a collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
The role suits someone who is professional, dependable, client-focused, curious and proactive about improving their skills and working methods.
Why join TBH
