Overview
The Graduate Development Program at Arla Foods is an intensive three-year career acceleration initiative aimed at grooming talented Saudi graduates for leadership positions within the company. This program offers a blend of formal learning, practical assignments, global rotations, and hands-on involvement in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in planned rotational placements across various business segments.
- Assist with daily activities in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering departments.
- Examine operational data to spot opportunities for enhancement.
- Participate in continuous improvement and strive to achieve operational excellence.
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams on projects locally and internationally.
- Build and enhance technical, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Fulfill all required learning sessions, evaluations, and developmental goals.
- Demonstrate commitment to Arla’s core values while maintaining high-quality output throughout the program.
Candidate Requirements
- Recent graduates holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Minimum GPA of 4.0 on a 5.0 scale.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Openness to relocate to other countries during the program.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interest in fields such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations.
