Role Overview

We seek a motivated Business Analyst to enhance operational efficiency at Arla Foods. The candidate will contribute to Commercial Operations and Digital Transformation by converting business needs into actionable data insights, streamlining processes, and deploying scalable digital solutions. The focus will include optimizing SFA usage, governing commercial SOPs, overseeing promotion and pricing implementation, and delivering clear performance dashboards to facilitate informed leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pricing analyses and draft, govern standard operating procedures.
  • Document detailed business requirements.
  • Analyze existing processes to detect gaps and propose enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that highlight performance and ROI.
  • Test and optimize business and systems operations.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for improvement across various workflows.
  • Monitor project teams’ performance to ensure goals and deadlines are met.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and local/global IT teams.
  • Transition reporting from Excel to business intelligence platforms and maintain these systems.
  • Act as a super user for business intelligence tools and plan future upgrades.

Required Qualifications and Skills
