Job Description

• Take charge of designing and developing new product features, collaborating with designers, product managers, and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure a deep comprehension of requirements and deliver superior user experiences.
• Develop and embed AI-enabled workflows into products to enhance user support, boost efficiency, and introduce novel work methods within the company.
• Employ AI-centric engineering techniques such as AI-assisted coding, agentic programming, and harness engineering to speed up daily development activities while upholding quality, reliability, and maintainability standards.
• Lead the creation and upkeep of shared frontend tools including component libraries, coding guidelines, and design systems.
• Design and refine CI/CD pipelines to optimize development processes, ensuring dependable builds and efficient deployments.
• Keep abreast of new trends in frontend, AI, and software engineering; deliver clean, scalable, well-tested, and peer-reviewed code aligned with best engineering practices.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues to enhance product stability and user satisfaction, while researching and testing new technologies, AI tools, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept to refine existing processes and products.
• Engage in regular in-house technology knowledge sharing and regional technology events.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Have more than 2 years of experience in Frontend Engineering and experience using automated development, testing, and deployment tools.
• Demonstrate strong foundations in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Show hands-on experience with harness engineering and agentic programming techniques.
• Be familiar with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Understand the complete web stack and common network protocols.
• Possess a good aesthetic sense for UI and UX design.
• Display enthusiasm for frontend development, innovation, and solving complex problems.
• Be eager to explore, investigate, and implement new technologies and tools to improve existing workflows.
• Have excellent attitudes towards work, with strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience with diagnosing and optimizing web performance issues is preferred.
