About the Team

Join the Finance department at Sea's headquarters, a key unit supporting accounting and financial functions for Sea's three main business units: Garena, Shopee, and Monee. This team operates across multiple regional markets with a focus on developing, integrating, and maintaining financial systems to streamline scalable operations. Within this department, the Data & Systems function is tasked with delivering and upkeeping finance-related applications. Your role will involve close collaboration with senior product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, allowing you to engage in the full product lifecycle while delivering impactful solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Create premium product deliverables including interactive high-fidelity prototypes, product requirement documents (PRDs), and Figma designs that clearly convey the product vision and technical specifications.
• Enhance and sustain design systems, suggesting improvements that encourage uniformity, reusability, and product scalability.
• Work directly with engineering teams through each stage of product development to guarantee seamless progress.
• Gather and assess requirements from diverse users, stakeholders, and internal teams to prioritize product features effectively.
• Review and manage the product backlog periodically and advise on prioritizing features for upcoming releases.
• Monitor progress and analyze performance metrics to ensure successful product delivery and user adoption.
• Assist in go-to-market activities including preparing documentation, demos, and communication materials for users.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is essential.
• A strong sense of design and user experience, capable of actively contributing to design decisions with suggestions influenced by design principles and user-centric approaches.
• Hands-on familiarity with Agile frameworks and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and precision in task execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data analysis tools including Excel, SQL, and analytics dashboards.
