Role Overview
Trigent Software is looking for fresh graduates to join an international voice support team. This opportunity is intended only for candidates who passed out in 2025 or 2026 and are interested in handling overseas customer interactions.
Work Location
The position is based in office, with openings across Bangalore, Pune, and Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats, while ensuring every case is properly recorded in the designated system.
- Work as an individual contributor within a team and manage a clearly defined scope of tasks.
Eligibility
This opening is for freshers only, specifically 2025 and 2026 pass-outs. Applicants must be any graduate and should be interested in an international voice process.
Skills and Work Expectations
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
- Comfort with night-shift work is required.
