Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for solar photovoltaic systems, battery storage, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, including internal rate of return and leverage analyses.
• Prepare, revise, and enhance commercial term sheets, investor presentations, and data rooms to support infrastructure financing and transactions.
• Coordinate with external partners such as engineering, procurement, and construction firms, grid operators, and distribution entities to advance projects toward final investment approvals.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, infrastructure private equity, project finance, or within a fast-growing climate technology startup.
• Proficient in both German and English at native or near-native levels, with a strong understanding of German energy regulations and contract management.
• Exhibit advanced financial modeling capabilities and a proactive, hands-on approach suited for a dynamic and lean entrepreneurial environment.
