About the Role

Become part of one of India's rapidly expanding EdTech ventures. This full-time role based in Lucknow involves on-field activities to promote NIAT's educational programs. The position is demanding in terms of travel and interaction with various educational institutions to generate leads and boost paid applications for the Nxtwave Admission Test (NAT).

Responsibilities

  • Visit 12th-grade schools, junior colleges, and coaching centers to organize and conduct student demonstration sessions.
  • Establish and maintain strong, trustful relationships with school and college principals as well as other educational stakeholders.
  • Manage on-ground promotional activities such as stalls and events to increase NIAT awareness.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Fluent communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
  • A sincere interest in education, student engagement, and field operations.
