Role Overview
We are recruiting an enthusiastic and goal-driven Field Marketing Executive who will operate primarily in the field to meet potential clients, stimulate business prospects, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Key Duties
- Identify and approach potential customers including contractors, builders, architects, and property owners.
- Promote and market the company's waterproofing products and services effectively.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and site visits.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to outline services offered.
- Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up on inquiries to convert leads into sales.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and update client information.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
- Self-driven and motivated with a focus on achieving targets.
- Capability to work independently while in the field.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles preferred.
