Role Overview
UWCSEA Dover is looking for a Facilities Assistant focused on audio-visual support to join the Facilities Team. This role reports to the Facilities AHOD, Soft Services & Customer Service Executive (AV) and is responsible for ensuring AV setup needs are met for events and performances across the Dover Campus.
Key Duties
- Prepare, run, and resolve issues with audio-visual, projection, lighting, and conferencing systems used in college events and classrooms.
- Keep AV equipment and systems working properly, clean, maintained, and accurately tracked in inventory.
- Follow standard operating procedures and meet the organisation’s quality and service standards.
- Work closely with the Facilities team on a range of AV-related requirements and other assigned tasks.
Requirements
Candidates should hold a Certification or Diploma in Audio-Visual, Information Technology, or a related field such as Electronics or Electrical Engineering. A minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting events and AV teams is required. The ideal applicant is self-driven, works well in a team, and has basic electrical knowledge. Certification for Scissor Lift or Work at Height is preferred.
Eligibility
This position is open to qualified applicants who can support full-time on-site operations at Dover Campus in Singapore.
