About the Role

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and schedules efficiently.
- Create meeting notes, detailed reports, presentations, and follow-up tracking documents.
- Facilitate communications among various teams and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain documents, project-related data, and pertinent information systematically.
- Arrange meetings, events, and travel plans as required.
- Approach tasks with professionalism, attention to accuracy, and uphold confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with preference for Operations Management specialization.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and adept at managing time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn swiftly, multitask, and work independently or collaboratively.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor, keen attention to detail, and a positive, adaptable mindset suited for a dynamic workplace.
