Role Overview

The position involves providing comprehensive executive and personal assistance to a high-profile founder. Based out of a North London home office, you will manage venture capital administrative tasks, coordinate brand partnerships, and oversee social media content activities. This dynamic role blends professional duties with personal logistics to ensure the founder’s fast-paced career and lifestyle run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively organize complex calendars and proactively follow up on engagements related to venture investments, brand collaborations, and social media schedules.
• Coordinate logistics for content production, prepare presentation decks, and secure approvals for brand partnerships while adhering to tight deadlines across various creative projects.
• Manage essential personal administration including errands and dog care to maintain seamless daily operations for the founder.

Desired Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an executive or personal assistant supporting a high-net-worth individual, entrepreneur, or public figure rather than within a corporate environment.
• Strong digital skills with proficiency in G Suite and familiarity with modern productivity tools, including Canva and AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Exceptionally discreet, resourceful, and comfortable working within a home-office setting while juggling professional and personal responsibilities.
