Role Overview

The Enterprise Account Manager will focus on building new business revenue through structured account planning, territory planning, partner collaboration, business development methods, and field sales activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets across the assigned territory.
  • Create a territory sales approach, including a target account list and regional sales plan.
  • Build and execute a regional strategy that uses Nexthink partners effectively while helping close deals from Switzerland.
  • Work with the marketing team on campaigns and plans that increase pipeline and revenue.
  • Use a consultative selling style to understand customer pain points and future goals and position the Nexthink solution accordingly.
  • Qualify prospects, identify fresh sales opportunities, and support sustained revenue growth.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial opportunity through closure.
  • Maintain active account management to support customer satisfaction and retention.
